CNGI acquired GC Blackstone, Inc. a Dallas based company, as its first wholly owned subsidiary.

GC Blackstone began in 2007 as a commercial and residential construction company and evolved into a developer and owner of medical facilities, hotels, apartment buildings and mixed use commercial properties.
